OUR OPPORTUNITY:
Currently, we have a Payroll/Employment Systems Associate position, reporting to our Employment Systems Director and providing expertise and guidance throughout our Minnesota based Care Centers employing 2,100 dedicated employees. This position will be responsible for providing support to the accounting and human resource staff at our Care Sites in regards to payroll and timekeeping, employee benefits, and the hiring solution.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
Industry experience: 2+ years experience a healthcare organization preferred.
Educational requirement: Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year degree related to Accounting, Human Resources, and/or Payroll.
Competencies: HR/Payroll Systems, UKG Workforce Central experience, and Applicant Tracking Systems experience preferred.

This is a full-time position located in Morris, MN.
