STN Video is seeking a Manager of Publisher Onboarding: an account management professional with experience in onboarding new partners (ideally with digital media, ad tech, or video platform experience).

WHO YOU ARE

The successful candidate:

• Holds a BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science (or similar) and/or relevant work experience (or a combination thereof);
• Comes with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Has good command of a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) mutual action plans, and Accord (or similar);
• Is comfortable with video ad serving, and is familiar with VAST, VPaid, Core Web Vitals and Internet page speed tools;
• Has good command of a data visualization tool (Tableau, MS Power BI, etc.)
• Basic Java and/or CSS a plus! (but not required);
• Has a succinct track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets related to onboarding new partners;
• Maintains a steady pipeline of viable partners and spots opportunities;
• Is relentless in the effort to get partners to scale quickly;
• Is an exceptional communicator capable of effectively interacting with every level within an organization;
• Comfortably thinks on their feet, pivoting to address publisher requirements;
• Is highly analytical and uses data in action to improve publishers’ performance;
• Is a fast learner who leans into learning new technologies and ideas, and can transmit those learnings through training, troubleshooting and recommendations to your publishers;
• Possesses great curiosity to absorb SME-level knowledge of STN Video, and the digital video and ad tech industries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a member of the STN team, you will:

• Forge a true partnership with some of North America’s most sought-after digital publishers and ICONIC BRANDS you already admire, while representing the “face” of STN Video;
• Lead onboarding efforts with assigned publishers; quickly and effectively scale to reach targeted goals and their full potential;
• Work with new publishers to evangelize the STN platform through ongoing training, support, best practices and any efforts required to support the publishers;
• Collaborate with the Director of Publisher Onboarding and others to develop and adapt STN’s onboarding process into an industry-leading workflow designed to achieve both STN and our partners’ goals;
• Provide key daily communication, critical feedback and updates to publishers to ensure their growth and success.

• Grow viewership through the onboarding and implementation of the STN Video Platform across new digital publishing partner properties, successfully guide them to scale within their first 90 days;
• Work collaboratively and strategically to help our partners develop and deliver sterling industry-leading online video experiences while maximizing revenues for STN and our partners;
• Create a premium end-user (reader) and advertiser environment;
• Foster best-practice video implementations leading to maximum engagement and revenue opportunities;
• Exceed STN’s growth targets for 2022 and beyond.
