The role:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of all systems, policies, and procedures as it relates to the employee life cycle. They actively manage and maintain all Human Resources systems and administrative functions of the Human Resources department. They also act as the primary point of contact for all team members in Washington DC and New York City with regards to essential Human Resources information, benefits, policies and procedures.
