I. Position Summary
Reporting to the HR Officer, the HR Associate will provide administrative support to key HR functions and assist the HR Officer in the day-to-day management of HR administration. The HR Associate will serve as the main point of contact for all HR related queries, administer the full employee life cycle in accordance with Malala Fund’s policies and procedures, and will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments in coordinating all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes as well as the benefits and learning and development. Incumbent will support various HR departmental initiatives, programs, and events, as well as serve on project teams and committees as and when needed.
The successful candidate will combine their passion to pursue a career in Human Resource Management with enthusiasm for Malala Fund’s mission-focused work. They will be an excellent organiser, a meticulous planner with strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise their workload effectively and efficiently.
