Full Job Description
- Our client a wealth management firm in midtown, is looking to hire a recruiting coordinator to help the talent acquisition team identify the next generation of advisors.
- In this role the coordinator will help with:
- Managing the CRM system for the recruiting team
- Helping to identify resumes and candidate leads for the team
- Get proper materials, assignments and other communications to candidates going through the interviewing and onboarding process
- Make calls and messages to book interviews
- Will learn the recruiting role in effort to be advance in the organization to talent acquisition specialist
