The Administrative Assistant III, Sales and Marketing, is responsible for providing general administrative support a Team of 5 Directors/Leaders the Residential and Landscape Contractor (RLC) division. This position will lead a variety of internal and external duties essential to the effectiveness of the division, as well as have responsibility for important interactions with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include: coordination of virtual and/or in-person divisional meetings; written and verbal communication with distributors, dealers, and end-user customers; maintenance of divisional programs, web tools, data bases, spreadsheets and documents; leading the front and back-end travel and schedules for director team. This position will be exposed to and involved in multiple facets of the marketing, sales, and customer care functions, and have frequent interaction with the broader RLC team and other functions as required.

This opportunity is on-site at The Toro Company Corporate Headquarters, in Bloomington, MN. Intermittent/variable days may be permitted with remote work; but candidates should anticipate 5-days, Monday-Friday, on-site for the majority of the schedule.
Coordinate calendars, meetings and schedules for the Sales and Marketing Director Team. Establishing time, place, attendees, and agenda.
Facilitate the accuracy and efficient utilization of RLC’s customer facing portals and tools.
Coordinate travel arrangements, as well as the back-end execution of applicable expense reports.
Prepare communications, such as inter-office memos, emails, invoices, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
Maintain and organize marketing and sales inventory/storage.
Special projects as apparent or assigned, sort and distribute department mail, order office supplies, prepare files, answer incoming calls, organize data.
High School or GED equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors preferred.
A minimum of four (4) years of related experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; e.g., ability to develop clear, concise business correspondence and relay accurate information to management.
Excellence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Demonstrated competency in presentation creation, database management, information storage and retrieval.
Must have excellent organizational skills and strong project management abilities. Must be able to prioritize workload and handle many projects simultaneously.
Ability to solve complex issues and solution design thinking.
