Associate Compensation Analyst at The Toro Company
This entry-mid level position is a great opportunity to join an experienced and talented team and start your career in the growing area of HR Compensation. You will have the opportunity for global exposure to a variety of locations, working cross-functionally across the organization. Exciting projects are something to look forward to in this role!
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Administer compensation processes using Workday; maintain job profiles and pay structure data in Workday and all other databases
Complete U.S. and international salary surveys ensuring appropriate job matching and timely participation
Assist with global compensation processes such as merit planning, incentive administration and equity administration
Perform job evaluations by reviewing job descriptions and market data to make recommendations for appropriate pay structure assignment
Work with internal HR team to address compensation-related issues
Complete compensation related audits and identify trends
Provide support with compensation projects/initiatives
Other duties as assigned
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
0-2 years related experience or recent graduate
Knowledge of HR related federal, state and local regulations governing wage and hour laws
Strong data analysis and Excel capabilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
Workday experience preferred

Competitive Salary – anticipated salary range is $52,000 – $67,000. *salary will be determined by experience & expertise.
