Full Job Description
Description: With limited supervision, the Human Resource Generalist, now known as a People and Culture Generalist, is responsible for the daily functions of the People and Culture Department (formerly HR.) This position will include payroll and benefits administration. This position may include onboarding/offboarding, HRIS reporting, leave of absence, learning and development, and workers’ compensation administration. The People and Culture Generalist will partner closely with the Head of People and Culture to build and deploy scalable systems that support our team’s growth throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. This position will have the ability to lead a wide range of People and Culture initiatives in a highly challenging and rewarding environment where this position will play a significant role in impacting our company growth and people strategy. This is a role where contributions will be noticed and will make a material difference within our organization by executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving People and Culture functional excellence. THIS ROLE IS HEAVILY FOCUSED ON PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION.
