Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Reports to: VP of HR
Job Summary
Works closely with the VP of HR for delivering recruiting and retention success throughout the organization. This position will develop relationships with employees, applicants, community partners, to assess open needs, successful placements, and oversees the completion of onboarding and retention requirements. The HR Specialist will create and champion an apprenticeship and training program. This position will be required to maintain a positive and forthright attitude that promotes teamwork and conducts themselves in a professional and favorable manner.
