Job Description
The College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate recruitment programs. The individual in this position reports to the Director of Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion and works in conjunction with another Recruitment Coordinator to drive recruitment efforts, facilitate the retention, outreach, and overall success of all members of our student community, especially those from backgrounds who historically have encountered barriers in education (e.g., Dorsey Leadership Academy, First Generation). The role includes administrative responsibilities, data collection, event coordination, mentorship, collaboration, and educator duties that shift based on student need, projects, and programming occurring during the academic calendar.
To drive recruitment efforts, the person in the position will:
To be successful, Recruiters will have the ability to attract and engage with prospective students and their families, develop and deliver presentations, communicate orally and in writing, work closely with Academic Advising and degree and program requirements, and create and monitor recruitment metrics.
Salary
Salary Range: $20.05 to $24.50
GGS Grade: 009

Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional night and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
