Compensation for this role is $55,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Position Summary
Leveraging your experience in full-cycle recruiting, you will partner with the Senior Sales Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager to support specialized hiring needs, strengthening our brand as a leader in the Legal Defense for Self-Defense Industry. The Sales Recruiter initiates and manages candidate relationships through the recruitment process, including research and search strategy development, interviews, assessment, presentation, candidate management, and offer. Success includes tenacious candidate pursuit and efficient delivery of top talent while providing consultative high-touch partnerships with your hiring manager and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to develop plans for key staffing initiatives, ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Execute multi-channel strategies to identify and source candidates to meet sales requirements for current and future demand
Maintain high-touch, responsive, and lasting relationships through the recruitment lifecycle
Interview candidates: accurately assess qualifications and present a comprehensive appraisal of the candidate(s) to the stakeholder
Manage candidate applications to ensure a fair, timely, and transparent experience
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and referrals
Develop and maintain successful partnerships with key functional partners to deliver successful recruitment outcomes
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Qualifications
Strong interest in U.S. LawShield’s field of expertise which includes the 2nd Amendment, firearms, and self-defense laws
1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (required)
Experienced in recruiting for sales-specific roles (required)
Fundamentally strong interviewer with demonstrated success in creating structure, standards, and consistency in the interview process
Experienced in managing recruitment processes via an ATS
Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment metrics and targets
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Service-oriented approach with a sense of urgency and tenacity in achieving goals
