Position Key Accountabilities:
Gathers data and prepares all reporting, scorecards/dashboards, and analyses on key metrics using MS Office software, HRMS database, and other HR-related databases.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy, data integrity and integration, including data from complementary functions within the University.
Seeks opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification, and automation of existing reports and analysis.
Plans and coordinates small to large-scale events and/or conferences. Includes setting up schedules, locations, tours, speakers/visitors, food and room layout. Monitors budget allocations.
Interacts with the public and/or external organizations to facilitate events/programs.
Prepares meeting agendas, maintains minutes and coordinates ongoing communication for various department workgroups or committees.
Makes complex administrative decisions requiring a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensures that plan and protocols are followed to ensure compliance with all federal, state laws and UTH policies and rules and regulations.
Keeps abreast of activities, news, and other general information in areas of program specialty.
Other duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Proven ability to develop reports and dashboards, and to interpret data using statistical analysis. Advanced MS Excel modeling and data manipulation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail skills. Compelling oral and written communication skills.

Three (3) years of relevant experience in retrieving, analyzing, and reporting information preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds constantly to move objects.
