Your Challenge
This role will provide HR partnership and leadership to assigned global client groups through the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This position is hands-on with an eye toward strategic impact and planning. You will use your expertise in the areas of HR such as change management, coaching/development of leaders, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, conflict management, and more.
Essential job responsibilities:
Business Partnering – Advise functions which he/she supports on organizational design; counsel on people and talent issues ; assess organizational capabilities; and develop plans to close capability gaps.
Talent management – Drive identification and development of high potential and successors to meet and maintain a powerful talent pipeline for the business.
Drive change management initiatives as well as anticipating the need for change and influencing before a crisis or inflection point arrives.
Lead the development, rollout, and facilitation of employee training where needed. Actively identify areas for improvement (culturally, organizationally, process) and implement appropriate changes.
Performance Management – Drive the Performance Management process
Engagement – Facilitate and guide key stakeholders, managers to drive the talent engagement agenda. By doing so he/she will help the align associate engagement needs to business needs.
Continuous Improvement – Leverage and utilize tools to streamline HR processes, improve quality and reduce administrative cost.
Communications – organize and execute timely communication of strategic initiatives, goals and quarterly performance, e.g. all hands calls
As part of the HR community he/she will encourage and promote the use of best HR practices and embrace global collaboration.
You will have these key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, with broad experience in management coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, HR project management, and program implementation
Required knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc., which govern employment policies and practices and standards.
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
Experience developing corporate wide programs and initiatives supporting diverse business needs.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
Experience working with globally diverse teams preferred.
Coaching and leadership assessment experience
Strong analytical skills using data to make informed decisions
Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
