What We Do
Visible Alpha enhances the investment research process by extracting meaningful analyst models, and research reports through valuable partnerships with the world’s premier investment research organizations. Our deep consensus data provides financial recommendations on companies and industries at a level of granularity and timeliness and that has never before been possible.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for all new employees – creating a seamless and positive experience throughout the employee life cycle.
Help improve internal onboarding processes for new hires by understanding best practices and collaborating with IT/Finance/Admin teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain HR system by ensuring data accuracy, and regularly audit data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
With support, own the global payroll process with our PEO partner and third-party payroll vendors.
Collaborate with benefit vendors and HR team to design global benefit programs and support benefits enrollment for our regional offices.
Administer and manage leave management, including FMLA, parental and disability leave process
Assist CHRO and global HR team with Ad Hoc projects.

Remuneration:
At Visible Alpha, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $79,000. This role is also eligible for a 10% target bonus.
