Title: HR Generalist
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Location/Site: Midland, TX Office or Carlsbad, New Mexico – will support multiple locations
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: Bi-Weekly
Reports to: HR Benefits and Compensation Manager
Supervisory Responsibility: None

Position Overview*:
The HR Generalist works in partnership with the HR Team and staff of WaterFleet. This position performs key HR responsibilities to support effective HR processes and provide excellent services to all team members. The HR Generalist wears many hats, and is involved in all generalist initiatives including, but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, leaves of absence, reporting and compliance, and compliance of our random drug testing program. This role serves as a point of contact for employees to help address questions, communicate policies and procedures, and help guide them to the right points of contact within the Human Resource team. A successful HR Generalist will be a problem-solver, team-player, approachable and positive, and looks for solutions utilizing company and industry-related resources.
