Williams Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to provide services in the delivery of a federal program. This role is responsible for analyzing and manipulating data from various datasets, and developing, and analyzing, and providing reports for distribution to stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and manipulate datasets.
• Conduct data analysis to determine if defined eligibility criteria are met
• Score applications based on a scoring methodology
• Compile and vet data
• Provide data for weekly reports to the client
• Utilize data to generate reports for the client identify any gaps
• Review objective, quantitative information and conduct normalization of scores based on an established scoring methodology
• Provide written summary reports of data analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Health Informatics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a healthcare data analyst or related field to include analyzing, manipulating, and reporting healthcare data, and data visualization skills.
• 5 years of experience in federal contracting, preferably the Department of Health and Human Services
• Previous experience with Salesforce
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and quality of work
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with multiple data analysis tools
• Previous experience with Salesforce
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic in all situations
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Background investigation required

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Working Conditions and Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Standing, sitting, squatting, and other normal office-related physical activities are required. Must be able to sit and read computer screens for extended periods.
