Responsibilities:
Seek creative solutions for sourcing candidates and recruiting resources such as social media and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates
Manages the onboarding process, driving a positive candidate experience to ensure engagement throughout recruitment and onboarding
Evaluate departmental operations, quickly identifying hiring needs
Oversee the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
Maintain an active candidate pipeline, driving company growth
Consult with senior leadership to develop strategic hiring plans
Oversee WTC recruiting staff; meeting on a regular basis to discuss hiring needs and status of candidates.
Coordinates and provides strong hands-on training to new recruiters
Emailing newly hired office staff with welcome or promotion letter, providing orientation details.
Providing new office staff with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed; ensuring they have the necessary technical assistances to set up equipment
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prioritization skills are required and the ability to be flexible as priorities quickly change
Strong working knowledge of job boards, social networks, and recruiting platforms
Organized, detail oriented and the ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Strong computer skills: fluency in all MS Office programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Strong networking sills
