This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
Where You Come In:
You will schedule and manage a flawless candidate experience from start to finish.
You will set up video conference interviews via Google Meet.
You will help manage all job requisitions and post to the careers page.
You will oversee the hiring support for our Community teams by posting roles and sending offer letters.
You will initiate candidate background checks via HireRight- always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
You will draft new hire offer letters using the appropriate templates – you’ll work closely with our counterparts in People Operations.
You will work with People Operations and IT teams to facilitate onboarding processes for new employees across all our offices and remote locations.
You will take on ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis.
What it Takes to Succeed:
You have an understanding of a Recruiting workflow and previous experience in a recruiting organization.
You have exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
You have extreme attention to detail, combined with a high level of organizational aptitude and desire to understand the bigger picture.
You must be flexible and able to adapt easily to change.
You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with an ATS and Google Suite required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED (required)

Compensation range is $45,000-$70,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
