Who We Are

zulily is seeking a flexible, adaptive Human Resources Manager/People and Organization Manager to provide strategic and hands-on organizational support for our fulfillment center. The P&O Manager will provide strategic People consulting to our directors and their leadership teams (i.e. site GM), serving as a trusted advisor on all business and People strategies. This role requires a high level of business knowledge and understanding of complex business strategies. The role offers a strong, collaborative environment where we work cross-functionally and draw from the expertise of centers of excellence partners to deliver results. The successful candidate will be driven by developing talent, innovative and analytical in their approach to developing organizational capability and share our passion for creating a fun and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Your Impact

• Provide advice, counsel, and strategic insights on business strategies, while ensuring all business initiatives include a culture, talent, and people perspective throughout

• Influence and challenge leader perspectives and decisions on business and People matters

• Provide leadership and drive solutions with the business on all aspects of people‐related initiatives including strategy, growth, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, total rewards planning, team member relations and organizational effectiveness, that is in alignment with the Enterprise People Strategy and function/business unit people strategies

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders (up to Director level), and to support in the effective prioritization and delivery of an engaging team member experience

• Lead and direct a team of People resources, ensure initial diagnostic level advice and guidance to business leaders, engaging COEs as necessary

• Utilize relevant information / COE metrics / indicators, to gain insight on people issues, in order to provide leadership teams with the appropriate clarity for people related initiatives and priorities

What You Bring

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced training/degree in a related field desired

• A minimum of 10 years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness or other related experience is required

• Experience in a “high-volume” business area such as Call Centre/Fulfilment Centre is critical

• Strong employee relations knowledge and experience

• Thought and influence leadership and trusted strategic advisor on people issues

• Ability to leverage People data to create effective strategies

• Coaching and consulting skills

• Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
