We are looking for an HR Manager who will report to the VP of HR, to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our high-touch culture.
The HR Manager is highly visible and is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Leading the direction of 5 Direct Reports, the HR Manager’s role and responsibilities will involve managing activities such recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management, succession and projects and initiatives key to our growth.
The role of HR manager is important to our success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
