Wilson Alber’s, an Alera Group Company is seeking an On-Call Human Resource Service Partner to join our Human Resource’s team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and is also a mainly remote, “work from home” position, with limited office visits required!

- Work closely with other HR team members to execute all activities related to the HR function for our clients.
- Communicate, plan, and prioritize to execute daily responsibilities.
- Utilize multiple technologies, such as Excel, Word, Adobe and HRIS systems to execute projects and track/share information.
- Assist clients in a variety of HR functions that are typical of an experienced HR Generalist.
- Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferred.
- SHRM and/or PHR Certification preferred.
- Experience working with customers/clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.

- Pay: $26.44-$37.01
