YOUR LIFE AS A HCM SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER
This full-time remote customer service position works a flexible schedule.
As an HCM Software Sales Manager, you’re responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing transactions, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. While working in this sales rep role, you aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings, you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure they’re satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our company continuously grow, and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important role!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Internet marketing transaction experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Our ideal candidate for this position is personable and willing to go the extra mile to help us reach our company goals. We want a detail-oriented communicator who can manage multiple tasks.
