Pay range is between $44.23-$66.35/hr depending on years of relevant and like experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
This role requires a unique blend of expertise in talent, learning and organizational development, coupled with strong project management, analytical abilities, and relationship building skills. As the leader of Talent Development for BCH, the successful candidate will work organizational leaders and human resources across a portfolio of talent, learning and organizational development initiatives being developed and to shape BCH as a learning organization, build future-proof skills and capabilities in our employees, and drive BCH’s business growth.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education or Formal Training
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, PhD)

Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Experience
10+ years of experience in a talent management, L&D, HRBP or similar role.
Must be able to visit all hospital departments, facilities and clinics. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and external vendors. Must be able to sit and work at computer for long periods of time.
