The Human Resources Manager oversees and directs the day to day operations of the HR department and HR Team, including benefit administration, HRIS management, recruitment, pay administration, hiring and onboarding practices, employee relations and regulatory compliance. Receives and responds to questions, requests and complaints. Assists to operationalize organizational and departmental strategies and set effective and efficient HR administration practices.
