Our Technical Recruiting Team is seeking a Team Lead to support our Product/UX Teams. The ideal Team Lead will have experience leading delivery efforts, a proven track record of effectively collaborating with senior leaders and a demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities:
Individual contribution to deliver hiring requirements
Lead, coach, motivate and grow team (team culture, performance management, change management, iCIMS, Workday, PTO management, etc )
Responsible for the delivery of the teams hiring goals & deliverables
Build and own relationships with senior leaders in the business through a consultative approach
Collaborate with leaders across TA to develop and deliver initiatives that will improve the performance of the TA team
Proactively provide feedback that contributes to the growth of your team; support team members in their development based on the feedback received
Ensure consistency in how the team manages candidates through the recruiting lifecycle; leverage Candidate Experience Survey data to identify areas for improvement within your team
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
Remove roadblocks inhibiting team success or performance
Ownership and accountability for teams reporting and processes
Identify opportunities and solutions for improvement and increased efficiencies
Who You Are
10+ years professional experience preferred, with 7+ years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment recruiting for UX and Product.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
Experience using data to consult with hiring managers to make data-based decisions on processes and approaches
Able to handle confidential information discreetly
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
