IQVIA Hiring for Account Manager 3, Digital Enablement (Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

The Account Manager 3 at IQVIA serves as the overall account owner, liaison, and concierge for AIM XR and Email customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The focus of this position will center on the planning, strategy, and execution of digital campaigns within the email channel and other innovative technologies and products. A successful Account Manager will display fluency and experience in the delivery/execution of campaigns, initiatives, and related technology. The Account Manager 3 helps maximize client program performance within the project budget and is accountable for directly managing/executing client projects from inception to completion and onto renewal. The Account Manager will support his/her manager and the Sales Rep when new services are offered and will be accountable for growing opportunities within existing accounts.

Essential Functions

• Retain year-over-year revenue for assigned accounts

• Seek expansion opportunities and grow assigned accounts by identifying unmet needs and responding to strategic client issues

• Forecast and ensure maximum revenue recognition as measured by P&L, margins, targets,

• Serve as single-point-of-contact and concierge to Client and Agencies

• Build strong rapport and establish self as trusted partner to Client/Agency

• Demonstrate knowledge with all IQVIA’s AIM XR and Email products and service offerings

• Utilize learning derived from results and offer expertise and strategy for campaigns to drive future strategy

• Drive/lead presentations and support Sales Rep in senior level presentations

• Visit client sites as designated by supervisor

• Tactical oversight and management of all campaigns for which this Account Manager

• Ensure projects are on budget, in scope, and on time

• Execute or coordinate tasks, including list pulls, reports, email testing/deployments, and Live (Deployment) file creation as necessary

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure all projects are developed for the best end-user experience

• Assist Sales Rep with contracting of new business

• Work with Sales Rep or lead contracting for expansion and renewals in existing business

• Communicate client needs and expectations clearly across development teams

• Understand the needs of the client and translate those needs into a tactical plan of execution

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure all projects are developed for the best end-user experience

• Analyze results data and communicate the findings in a meaningful way to clients

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of account management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing

• Experience with digital marketing

• Strong understanding of email marketing as a primary communication channel
