The overall goal for a Human Resources Assistant within Springfield Family Physicians is to help assist the HR director in controlling the flow of employee relations in a professional and respectable manner.

Primary responsibilities/everyday tasks:
Maintaining and updating providers schedule
Managing providers vacations and ensure adequate coverage is obtained
Credentialing and re-credentialing for all providers
Obtaining all necessary documents following Oregon Law Employment Practices
Obtaining and managing benefits and benefit documents
Additional tasks:
Helping HR director with interviewing & hiring
Entering data into ADP as needed
Assisting with chart reviews
Survey Monkey
Assisting in other departments due to illness, vacations, staff shortage etc.
Ability to perform other duties or projects as requested by management
Physical requirements:
Must be able to work at a computer 90-95% of an eight-hour shift.
Able to repetitively stand up and sit down throughout an eight-hour shift
Must be able to hear alarms and phones
Able to lift up to 10# infrequently
