Key Responsibilities:
The Sr. HR Partner Representative is an entry level HR business partner position with HR ownership of a smaller client group supporting them with day-to-day HR activities. This role will partner with their HR and business leadership to build business acumen and implement HR programs. This role also provides pivotal support to the HR Business Partners (Field or Corporate) by partnering with them in aligning HR strategy with the business needs and goals. This role will assist with attracting and recruiting diverse talent, and works to provide employees with competitive benefits, leadership resources and the support to be successful at United.
Provide daily HR support including data analysis and reporting, leadership coaching, policy application and interpretation, driving resolution to issues in assigned client groups, and demonstrating the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal direction
Support ER and Corporate Security in formal company investigations
Collaborate closely with other HR entities (LR, Compensation, etc.)
Provide performance management guidance to leaders (mentor, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Assist with annual HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles and Pulse Surveys
Responsible for HR analysis and reporting of key people metrics
Assist in the creation or updating of job descriptions
Assist with project execution of critical initiatives

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience mining and utilizing data to diagnose problems, identify and execute solutions, drive actions, and story-tell using data analytics
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Excellent communicator – verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to make rational/realistic recommendations and action plans
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong business relationships
Ability to implement a task or lead a project with minimal guidance

2+ years of frontline leadership experience
Experience with data analysis
Project management experience
