As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be working for webuyanycar.com, a successful consumer-to-business website that lets consumers value their car online and sell it at a local branch. Human Resources Administrator Job Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that employees and managers have a positive first impression with HR by providing a high level of customer service and demonstrating a strong knowledge of webuyanycar.com and OLX HR and Corporate policies. In this role, you will support not only employees and managers but will also contribute to HR continuous improvements efforts. This is a great position for a recent college graduate!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
Oversee branch employee licensing process. This person will serve as the main person ensuring our branch employees are appropriately licensed to operate on behalf of the company Maintain a detailed understanding of webuyanycar.com/OLX HR policies and processes in order to support employee and managers in resolving first line questions and issues Respond to general employee and manager inquiries regarding HR and webuyanycar.com/OLX Corporate policies and procedures related to benefits, payroll, time off, etc. and provide the appropriate resources to effectively resolve the issue Proactively and in a timely manner process employee life-cycle transaction(s) in the HR systems ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR-related data Administer employee benefits programs, answering employee questions and appropriately processing necessary documentation Support employees in onboarding/offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition including but not limited to New Hire Trainings for both branch and corporate office employees Maintain proper documentation of webuyanycar.com/OLX policies and procedures for easy reference and support Compile and provide basic reporting needs related to payroll, absences, leaves, etc., as defined
Contribute to HR system upgrades and maintenance by participating in pilots and testing Provide education and support to employees and managers on the use of the HR Systems to promote self-service, as appropriate.

Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field such as labor relations. A minimum of 1-2 years’ proven work experience in human resources. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members. Proven leadership ability. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Working knowledge of HR systems and software. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus! The ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe. Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation. Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies.
The ability to develop trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Skills/Knowledge:
Customer Service Oriented: Able to ask questions to understand customer needs: responding quickly, efficiently, accurately and in accordance with webuyanycar.com/OLX guidelines
Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment
Ability to positively interact with multiple levels within the organization
