Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up to date HRIS files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files, records, and information.
Ensures all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Prepares employee data reports
Maintains quality service by following all CRBR standards
Assist with the recruitment process; job postings, identify candidates, initial interviews, scheduling, reference check, and follow up process for job applicants.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Prepares all new hire orientation paperwork
Schedules all orientations, training, and meetings.
Assists with planning and execution of special events, benefits enrollment, and celebrations.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to HR Manager.
Server as backup for payroll
Complete delegated tasks on ti
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Dependable and independent
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Prior related office experience preferred.
