Evolvinc Hiring for Human Resources Manager at Silverton, Oregon Full Time

We are looking for a strategic HR leader to lead all HR and talent management functions for our rapidly expanding business. Having experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be a key voice in all strategic discussions. People are at the center of everything we do. You will be tasked with effectively administering all HR functions, including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, training, development, performance management, benefits, employee relations, HR-related policy implementation, and HR regulatory compliance. Your mission is to ensure excellent employee morale and high retention.

What You’ll Do:

• You manage full-lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and administer key HR policies and processes around talent management, coaching, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and recruiting for the facility
• You drive the Client culture through our company’s core values and continually work to enhance the employee experience and employee engagement.
• Strategy is essential- leverage various HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement.
• Perform competitive compensation analysis and deploy a merit-based performance management system.
• Develop and implement activities that foster a positive employee experience for employees.
• Collaborating with the CFO, you will lead the selection, and administration of our benefit programs.
• You participate in safety committee meetings and support preventative safety practices.
• Highly organized, you keep employee records accurate and up to date and provide insights to department managers.
• You ensure compliance with the laws, regulations, and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.

• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessments.
• Provide ongoing support to the plant leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.

Skills, Requirements, and Minimum Education Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field- experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years’ managerial-level experience in Human Resources including employee relations, labor relations, training, organizational development, talent acquisition, safety and compensation/benefits is preferred.
• Plant-level Human Resources experience is required.
• Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs
• Excellent problem-solving and coaching abilities
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws including contract construction and negotiations
• Knowledge of hourly and salaried pay practices, handbooks, and personnel practices.
• Strategic thinking and thought leadership
• Good business acumen. Experience on the operations side of the business is preferred.
• Facilitator and leader for change management
• Bilingual (Spanish Proficiency) Highly Preferred
