We are looking for a strategic HR leader to lead all HR and talent management functions for our rapidly expanding business. Having experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be a key voice in all strategic discussions. People are at the center of everything we do. You will be tasked with effectively administering all HR functions, including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, training, development, performance management, benefits, employee relations, HR-related policy implementation, and HR regulatory compliance. Your mission is to ensure excellent employee morale and high retention.
