Provide Compensation program leadership in the Merger, Acquisition & Divestiture (MA&D) space for the Global Compensation team and the HR function globally. Partner closely with the HR MA&D team to lead Compensation aspects of HR due diligence, HR integrations, and HR separations on behalf of HR. Partner with colleagues across HR and within various functions across all Medtronic Portfolios and Regions. (80-100%)
Potentially provide coordination and execution of projects and process improvement for the Global Rewards organization (outside the MA&D space). (0-20%)
NOTE: Many deal stakeholders reside in the US, so deal meetings are typically scheduled during the local US workday. Deal meeting times must be accommodated no matter where the role resides.
This position can reside in one of our US Medtronic office locations or work remote within the US.
