Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager works to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively with the goal of ensuring that the HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with business objectives. The HR Manager is responsible to develop HR strategies; manage programs and lead staff; and provide sound advice on personnel issues and related subjects.

The role requires the capability to work both in person at operating facilities and remotely at the employee’s place of residence for the duration of employment. The role requires making repetitive motions more than one-third of the time, is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, and the requires the ability to work safely in a medical environment when appropriate.
