Synertex LLC is seeking an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator, to support a U.S. Federal Government Agency Fully Remote located near Mclean, VA.

JOB Description/Duties:
Support EEO investigations, including integration with the aggrieved

Draft investigative reports for government review, provides follow-up actions

Develop action plans to implement CPI, including training to decrease case processing time

Develop/update training series to increase skills sets and proficiency

Assess effectiveness of current tools/methodologies

Capture metrics to measure success as well as areas of improvement

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a Masters and 10+ years

Experience with EEO investigations within the Intel Community

Experience with ETK EEO is highly desired
